Several types of goods may not be returned - Perishable goods such as food or candles (unless still in new condition); newspapers, magazines or books (unless new and unused) cannot be returned. I also do not accept products that are of an intimate nature or are considered sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, I'll need a receipt or proof of purchase (a copy to be sent with the return item; or email me for a copy of the receipt before returning the item).

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless I advise you to.

There are certain situations where I can only issue partial refunds:
*Books with obvious signs of use.
*CD, DVD, software, video games, or vinyl records that have been opened.
*Any item not in its original condition, or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
*Any item that is returned more than 45 days after the original delivery date.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund (rare), including the amount in the case of a partial refund (see above).
If approved, then I'll process your refund immediately. The credit will automatically be applied to you original payment method, and will typically show in your account within 48 hours.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund within 4-5 Business Days (weekdays), first check your payment account. If your refund has not appeared, also contact your credit card company - it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Or, contact your bank if you used a debit card or transfer payment process such as through PayPal. Different payment methods or payment sources can have very different processing time (although now-days it is usually quite rapid).

In some circumstances you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in those situations outlined above. If you receive a refund and I've paid the return shipping, the cost of the return shipping may in some case be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you, will of course vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should use a trackable shipping service (UPSP Priority or Priority Express, UPS or FedEx) and purchase sufficient shipping insurance to cover the original cost of the item. I can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item; the insurance will protect you.
